What’s included in each listing?
Every Better Halves listing is sold as a pair. 💛 (two plush designed to go together) unless a product clearly says otherwise.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days (drops/preorders may note a different date). You’ll receive a tracking number by email/SMS as soon as your package ships.
How long is shipping?
Transit times depend on your location and carrier. Typical U.S. delivery is 5-7 business days after dispatch; international varies by country and customs.
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date for unused items in original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email shopbetterhalves@gmail.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and photos (e.g., unopened box, any defects/damage). We’ll reply with next steps and a return authorization.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank to post the credit once processed.
Who pays return shipping?
If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we’ll cover it. Otherwise, return shipping may be deducted or paid by the customer (shown during authorization).
